It’s about a struggle between the Wind and the Sun, about who was the most powerful. The Wind thought he was stronger because of his destructive might in twisters, hurricanes, sand storms, and electric storms. He pointed out his ability to turn a simple cigarette or lightning strike into a horrific forest fire which could destroy hundreds of thousands of acres of woods.

Let them present themselves with a modest assurance: let them observe, hear, and examine, and before long they will rival their models.
