How To Forget Your Ex
Sep 2nd, 2008 by Ricardo daryans
I’ve covered a couple of ways to both mentally and emotionally get over difficult break-ups and for taking your life on. Here are a few more tips on how to better yourself and move past the hurt and pain of the break-up. Let’s move on to a few more tips.
1. “HATE Leads to FEAR leads to SUFFERING…” This Yoda quote exemplifies exactly why you should DEAL very quickly with whatever “hate” issues you may be having.
At times you will get so ticked off that you will just want to scream. You might resent the time you wasted or the presence of kids who grabbed your former partner’s attention. Last, it is possible that you result in feeling awful about yourself, but remember you ought to ask yourself first to get the love you need. Spend your time wisely, learn love not hate.
2. Have a Pow-Wow. Native American communities have set the example of people coming together in difficult times to help the weakest members with their experience. This is applicable even in small scales! Gather your friends and family. Receive the help they can give. Maybe they have lived through similar happenings.
If you have friends that are men you will be able to see reality objectively and make the right decisions about your life. You will find that your women friends will provide you with the empathy, emotional perspective, rejuvenating energy and the caring that you need to help you move courageously forward. We have to schedule our meeting and gather together soon!
3. Creative Expression. Some of the most amazing poems, novels, songs, and art have been created by artists suffering immense pain. Each of us has an imagination and a creative side. Explore yours now as a path of expression and put your feelings in a deeper perspective. It’s vital to write down what you are going through.
When you are finally in a stable relationship, you can take the time to reflect on the break-up that had such an impact on your life.
Well that’s all the tips for now. I will round out this series shortly. Keep these things in mind, but check this out:
