Step #1 - How To Catch A Cheating Spouse
This is the only step where you are going to need to be a touch on the crafty side. The reason I say this is that you will need to find about 15 minutes to look at your partner’s cell phone without anyone catching you.
There are many different times you can choose to do this - perhaps your spouse just stepped out to the store or mall without their phone of they have just jumped in the shower. Just make sure you have in around 15 minutes of alone time with their cell phone.
Now that you have their phone in hand you are going to look at their call history that is stored on their phone. You want to look for both the ‘incoming’ and ‘outgoing’ call history list. When you find it, write down every phone number that you see on a piece of paper.
If there are some phone numbers you recognize you don’t have to write them down. Just make sure you are jotting down every other phone number you see.
When you are done, put the phone back and move on to the next step.
Step #2 - How To Find Out If Your Spouse Is Cheating
Now it’s time to find out exactly who your spouse has been chatting with. There’s a way that you can find out someone’s full name, address and background information by having nothing but their phone number.
How is this done? There are companies that pu together databases that contain information on the owner information for every phone number (this includes cell phone and unlisted numbers). These companies then let people search through the database to find out information on any phone number they want to “investigate”.
Fortunately it’s easy to use this type of service. In fact everything is done online and you get your search results within seconds. It’s called a “reverse phone search” - you punch in the phone number and the person’s name, address and other details will be immediately displayed on your screen.

There is a fee for using this type of service, but it isn’t expensive. Make sure you look for a company that offers unlimited searches for a one-time only fee. Your list will most likely have more than one or two phone numbers so you don’t want to have to pay for each individual search you use.
Now you need to go through the list of phone numbers you have and run a reverse phone search for each one. Write down the information you discover for each one on your sheet of paper next to the number.
After you have finished doing this, it’s time to move on to our final step.
Step #3 - Is Your Spouse A Cheater?
In this final step it’s time to look over our results and see what we come up with. You know have a list of exactly who your spouse has been talking to and how often. Anything suspicious is going to jump right out at you.
Pay attention to the names that you see on your list. There are many times that people will suspect that their spouse is seeing someone else in particular - if this fits your situation, does that person’s name show up?
