Why do I have to use PayPal to pay for my order?
PayPal is the chosen payment gateway for SaddlesPlus. This is the same payment service used by eBay and other similar sites. They offer both buyer and seller peace of mind with their protection policies. How long will my order take to arrive?

Can we bring our own horse or tack?
We do not allow you to bring your own horse or tack. The main reason is that your horse is not part of our group of horses and mules; and are not trained to hobbles, pickets, campsites, which in turn requires much more work and impact to maintain the control of stock during grazing, nighttime and dayrides for our staff.
Do you store credit card numbers on your system?
No, does not store your credit card details. The order is processed in real-time, your card approved by your bank and the payment made. What if the item I order is no longer available?
If you place an order with us (paying upfront through PayPal) and the item you ordered is no longer available, we will refund the full amount you paid. But it does daily increase your stats in the specialty a little bit if you do. You want to put the right equipment on your horse though.
How should the bit sit in the horses mouth?
When the Pee Wee bit is sitting correctly in the mouth there should be little to no wrinkles in the corners of the horse’s mouth. Adjustment of the bridle cheek straps is important. You should ensure the mouth bar of the bit contacts the corners of the mouth but the pressure should only be light. The chin strap should be loose allowing the bit to move freely.
